About Yoder Family Landscaping

Karsten Yoder has been envisioning, excavating, installing, planting, and maintaining landscapes for 36 years. At the young age of 11, Karsten started helping his Amish-born father Omar Yoder with his landscaping company in Arizona. While working in the desert environment, he grew a love for drought-tolerant landscapes and rock design work. Karsten then spent seven years working with Quality Scapes, a landscaping company that specialized in grading and landscape installation. In 2001, Karsten started Gardener's Best, a company which he owned and operated for 10 years. After 20 years working under the hot Arizona sun, Karsten and his wife Rebekah decided to move their family back to her home state of California. Karsten sold Gardener's Best and founded Yoder Family Landscaping in the little beach town of San Clemente. Karsten has a love for landscape design and works hard to help clients achieve their goals. He hopes that you will trust Yoder Family Landscaping to make your landscape dreams a reality.

Rebekah earned a BS in International Business Management  from Arizona State University. After college, she had grand plans of working somewhere internationally. A different business opportunity emerged and she decided to earn a degree in Sports Massage Therapy from PMTA and Pilates from Balanced Body. Then in 2001, Rebekah opened her own studio called Studio Be Inc. She operated the business for 12 years until she sold it in 2013 with plans to move back to her home state of California .Karsten and Rebekah founded Yoder Family Landscaping with hopes of building a family business together  Rebekah now happily runs the administrative side of Yoder Family Landscaping. 

We are extremely blessed to have Refugio as part of our Yoder Family Landscaping team. A San Clemente local, husband, and father to three children, Refugio has more than 25 years of experience in the service industry. When Refugio is not working, he enjoys playing soccer, playing with his kids, and going to church. Refugio's commitment to God, family, and work make him a reliable and essential member of the Yoder Family Landscaping team.

We are pleased to have Issac as part of the Yoder Family Landscaping team. Issac is punctual, hardworking, and committed to getting tasks done  Issac is skilled in exceptionally skilled in masonry and landscaping .

We are happy to have Cecilio as a part of the Yoder Family Landscaping team. Cecilio has years of experience in hardscape and softscape landscaping. He is punctual, hard working trustworthy, and ready to learn.
